How do I upgrade the number of users?
You can change your StartTray plan at any time. The owner of your StartTray, can log in and go to settings, then select the subscription option. This will show you the available options to you, whether you want to increase or decrease the number of users.
I don't need as many users anymore, what can I do?
You can change your StartTray plan at any time. The owner of your StartTray, can log in and go to settings, then select the subscription option. This will show you the available options to you, whether you want to increase or decrease the number of users.
I cancelled my subscription, but I want my old StartTray back.
We're glad to see you back, and we'd love to help you. By default, if you subscribe again we will create you a new StartTray account. In order to reactivate your old StartTray account, please fill out our contact form and our support team will assist with your request.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visitng the subscription management page, found within the settings for your StartTray owner.
